Chef’s Menu

People always say, never trust a skinny chef. What a load of “”£$y-you-know-what-!”£!”. We’re skinny chefs because we’re on our feet 16-20 hours a day, pacing back and forth, running up and down stairs. That’s how we can be seemingly slim.

Food, glorious food indeed! A chef has to cook and I do like taking photos of the dishes I create, borrow, devise, experiment with and all that jazz. So this here space is food that I’ve, as a head chef, put on my menus over the past few years. Some of the dishes, as I said, were experiments, some worked wonderfully, some were rather quite silly. One thing I do like to place emphasis on is vegetarian food. I’m not a vegetarian, but don’t mind the absence of meat in a meal and feel that vegetarians always get the blunt edge of the knife when they eat out.

Having said that, I’ve realised that I don’t have many pictures of my veggie food – but do have a list if anyone’s interested in recipes or ideas!

So..here’s a few dishes I call my own…

  1. Everything looks delicious! Im a vegetarian and I think choices are getting better when you go to nice places! Ive spoken to a few chefs who have said they prefer the challenge of creating a veggie meal which is nice :) x

    • Thank you. I personally like eating vegetarian food so try and have interesting dishes. Only a handful of chefs do more than risotto or pasta and its nice to see chefs challenging veg food and making it as nice as non veg.
